Director of Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be extremely hands-on
• Be a “Problem Solver”
• Manage a team of 20 long-time hourly production associates
• Work closely with our Director of Sales
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly production goals and metrics
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to monitor daily operations and safety standards
• Evaluate internal constraints and develop proposals/solutions to maintain efficient flow of product
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly productivity goals and quality standards
• Devise new processes, or refine existing ones, to optimize our operations
• Analyze demand to identify bottlenecks and recommend actions
• Works in conjunction with purchasing and sales department to ensure required fabric inventory levels
• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual (English :: Spanish) required
• Proven management and leadership
• Excellent computer and IT experience and understanding
• Strong organization and attention to details
• Prior related-Industry experience required

COMPENSATION

• $100,000 Salary-Exempt, depending on experience
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• Paid Vacation 
• Annual Performance Review
