SHIPPING COORDINATOR

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the distribution of products from the warehouse to customers 
  • Print shipping labels and ensure they are accurately affixed to packages 
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled with the corresponding products and that all items are packed correctly 
  • Maintain accurate tracking of orders, including monitoring pending orders and identifying reasons for delays 
  • Collaborate with carriers to schedule and track shipments 
  • Address and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies 
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage order processing to ensure timely dispatch 
  • Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies 
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area 
  • Assist in stocking storefront and maintaining store cleanliness 
  • Follow all safety and security procedures 
Requirements
  • Excellent Computer and IT Skills.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish 
  • Ability to quickly learn or have prior experience with shipping software (e.g., Ship Station, SOS Inventory, Shopify, etc.) 
  • Willingness to work hands-on with a diverse team 
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail 
  • Prior experience in a shipping or logistics role is a plus, but not required 

COMPENSATION

  • $20 per hour (non-exempt), based on experience
  •  Quarterly Performance Bonus
  •  Paid Vacation
  •  Annual Performance Review

 WORK HOURS 

  • Monday through Saturday   
  • Hours:  9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
