B2B Sales Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage communications and feedback between customers and internal partners in Sales, Design, and Production
- Manage daily review of shipments, orders, changes in distribution and deliveries for each account; secure and ensure timely fulfillment of all orders
- Maintain and update sales tools; contact lists/mapping for all existing customers and prospects
- Cultivate new accounts and seek opportunities to expand business with existing accounts; identify and strategize means to enter new markets
- Manage sample inventory (proactive sample labelling and allocating for all trade shows, agents/distributors, buyer meetings and special events) and dispatch
- Assist with tradeshows/showroom set up and sales
- Meet or exceed sales objectives
- Work with Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure proper in-store execution
- Partner with customers and clients to communicate and execute brand positioning and key strategic initiatives
- Local Travel to visit Other interior designers
REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Proficient in computer and IT skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with a bilingual team.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- No specific prior experience required; relevant industry experience is welcome.
COMPENSATION
- $30 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
- Quarterly Performance Bonus

WORK HOURS
- Monday through Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM
