B2B Sales Coordinator


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage communications and feedback between customers and internal partners in Sales, Design, and Production
  • Manage daily review of shipments, orders, changes in distribution and deliveries for each account; secure and ensure timely fulfillment of all orders
  • Maintain and update sales tools; contact lists/mapping for all existing customers and prospects 
  • Cultivate new accounts and seek opportunities to expand business with existing accounts; identify and strategize means to enter new markets
  • Manage sample inventory (proactive sample labelling and allocating for all trade shows, agents/distributors, buyer meetings and special events) and dispatch
  • Assist with tradeshows/showroom set up and sales
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Work with Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure proper in-store execution
  • Partner with customers and clients to communicate and execute brand positioning and key strategic initiatives
  •  Local Travel to visit Other interior designers
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish. 
  • Proficient in computer and IT skills. 
  • Able to collaborate effectively with a bilingual team.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. 
  • No specific prior experience required; relevant industry experience is welcome. 
COMPENSATION
  • $30 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus

WORK HOURS
  • Monday through Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM
