If you did not purchase your products from the MATTEO website or Factory Store, please contact your original place of purchase to return your items.
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
All returns made at our Factory Store must have tags attached and be accompanied by original receipt. We do not accept returns on irregular items purchased from the Factory Store.
Items returned after 30 days will be eligible for exchange only.

Repairs & Exchanges

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects or other quality-related issues, such as fabric flaws, zipper/button problems, and dye lot variance greater than 10-15%. Defective items can be returned for repair or exchange within 3 years of purchase.
