30 Day Return & Exchange Policy

If you did not purchase your products from the MATTEO website or Factory Store, please contact your original place of purchase to return your items.

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of order fulfillment. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method upon manual inspection of the returned package. Please note on returns for refunds (not exchanges), a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Free USPS Return Shipping Labels will be automatically generated for all Returns & Exchanges that qualify under our 30 Day Return/Exchange policy. 

International returns will be flagged for manual approval.

All returns made at our Factory Store must have tags attached and be accompanied by original receipt. We do not accept returns on irregular items purchased from the Factory Store.

Repairs & Defects

If you did not purchase your products from the MATTEO website or Factory Store, please contact your original place of purchase to exchange your items.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects or other quality-related issues, such as fabric flaws, zipper/button problems, and dye lot variance greater than 10-15%. Defective items can be returned for repair or exchange within 2 years of purchase.

Please note - We are not responsible for items that are sent back without approval that fall outside of our normal 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy above. Proof of purchase is required to process all repairs and exchanges.
