RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of 25 employees
• Build a management team to grow
• Set and achieve weekly and monthly goals and metrics
• Devise new processes, or refine existing ones, to optimize our operations
• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven management and leadership
• Oversees the ongoing operations of the company
• Manages and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives
• Promotes communication and cooperation to create a spirit of unity in the organization
• Oversees employment decisions
• Excellent understanding of B2C (Shopify strongly preferred)
• Strong organization and attention to details
• Ability to understand and drive financial performance
• Prior related-industry experience

COMPENSATION

• $250,000 Salary-Exempt, depending on experience
• 5% profit sharing
• 4 Weeks Paid Vacation
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• Annual Performance Review
