Director of Design
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be extremely hands-on
- Be a “Problem Solver”
- Manage 1 direct report (Design Coordinator)
- Work closely with our Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, and the Director of Product Development on new textile collections
- Work directly with our textile mills worldwide
- Devise new processes, or refine exiting ones, to optimize our operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Superior design portfolio
- Excellent Computer skills (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Strong organization and attention to details
- Prior related-Industry experience REQUIRED
COMPENSATION
- $100,000 Salary-Exempt, depending on experience
- Quarterly Performance Bonus
- 3-Weeks Paid Vacation
- Annual Performance Review
