Director of Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be extremely hands-on
• Manage 2 Sales Coordinators
• Work closely with our Director of Operations on inventory and planning
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and metrics
• Oversee all 3 sales distribution channels:
• Ecommerce
• Retail: 2 on-site stores (Flagship and Outlet)
• B2B
• Oversee customer service via Gorgias CRM
• Devise new processes, or refine existing ones, to optimize our operations
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Responsible for visual merchandising

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven management and leadership
• Excellent computer and IT skills
• Willingness to work hands-on with a bilingual team
• Strong organization and attention to details
• No specific required experience
• Prior related-Industry experience welcomed

COMPENSATION

• $100,000 Salary-Exempt, depending on experience
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• Paid Vacation
• Annual Performance Review
