Office Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be extremely hands-on
• Be a “Problem Solver”
• Support the CEO/Founder/Owner in managing a team of 25+ associates
• Maintain a visible presence onsite from 8AM to 5PM with 1-hour for lunch
• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual (English :: Spanish) REQUIRED
• Proven management and leadership
• Excellent office computer skills
• Strong organization and attention to details

COMPENSATION

• $100,000 Salary-Exempt, depending on experience
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• 3-Weeks Paid Vacation
• Annual Performance Review
