RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a “Problem Solver”
  • Coordinate with customers on order status.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to monitor daily operations and safety standards.
  • Evaluate internal constraints and develop proposals/solutions to maintain efficient flow of product.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly productivity goals and quality standards.
  • Devise new processes, or refine exiting ones, to optimize our operations.
  • Analyze demand to identify bottlenecks and recommend actions.
  • Works in conjunction with purchasing and sales to ensure required fabric inventory levels.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bi-Lingual (English :: Spanish)
  • Excellent Computer and IT Skills.
  • Willingness to work hands-on with a bi-lingual team.
  • Strong organization and attention to details
  • Prior related-industry experience preferred.
COMPENSATION
  • $20 to $25 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience.
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus.
  • Paid Vacation.
  • Annual Performance Review.
