Operations Coordinator

  • Be a “Problem Solver”
  • Coordinate with our Customer Experience Coordinator on order status.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to monitor daily operations and safety standards.
  • Evaluate internal constraints and develop proposals/solutions to maintain efficient flow of product.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly productivity goals and quality standards.
  • Devise new processes, or refine exiting ones, to optimize our operations.
  • Analyze demand to identify bottlenecks and recommend actions.
  • Works in conjunction with purchasing and sales department to ensure required fabric inventory levels.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Bilingual (English :: Spanish)
  • Excellent Computer and IT Skills
  • Willingness to work hands-on with a bilingual team
  • Strong organization and attention to details
  • No specific required experience
  • Prior related-Industry experience welcomed
  • $25 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus
  • Paid Vacation 
  • Annual Performance Review
