Retail Sales Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a proactive problem solver 
• Assist customers who come in-person to the showroom 
• Responds to customer service inquiries via Gorgias
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Coordinator to monitor order status’ 
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to safety standards. 
• Follow up with B2B customers via CRM, email, and phone 
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly productivity and quality objectives 
• Design and refine processes to optimize operational efficiency 
• Analyze demand to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements. 
• Develop product catalogs to prospective clients 
• Tracks inventory levels at the storefront  

• Ensure that showroom is up to standard with cleanliness and organization 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual in English and Spanish. 
  
• Proficient in computer and IT skills. 
  
• Able to collaborate effectively with a bilingual team.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. 
• No specific prior experience required; relevant industry experience is welcome. 

COMPENSATION

• $30 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• Paid Vacation 
• Annual Performance Review

WORK HOURS

• Ideally Tuesday through Saturday 9:30AM-6:00PM
