Sales Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be a “Problem Solver”
• Help with customer tickets on our CRM (www.gorgias.com)
• Help customers via Shopify POS in-store
• Follow up with B2B customers via CRM, email, and phone
• Help coordinate swatch fabric program
• Participate in retail visual merchandising
• Works in conjunction with purchasing and sales department to ensure required fabric inventory levels
• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual (English :: Spanish)
• Excellent Computer and IT Skills
• Willingness to work hands-on with a tight-knit sales and production team
• Strong organization and attention to details
• No specific required experience
• Prior related-Industry experience welcomed

COMPENSATION

• $25 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• Paid Vacation 
• Annual Performance Review
