Product Design Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with our Founder and Production Team
• Work on new collections, including sourcing, design, and specifications 
• Devise new processes, or refine exiting ones, to optimize our operations
• Works in conjunction with product development, marketing, and sales department to ensure timely delivery of new textile collections
• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Applicant should be prepared to submit their design portfolio for consideration
• Prior related-Industry experience required. Namely, the Product Design Coordinator must have knowledge and experience with sewn-product construction and textile design 
• Prior dyeing and garment-dyeing experience is also extremely helpful 
• Bi-Lingual (English, Spanish) preferred but not required 
• Excellent Computer skills, especially PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR. Excel is not required but preferred 
• Willingness to work hands-on with a bi-lingual team 
• Well-developed sense of style and an understanding of current trends and quality standards 
• Strong sense of aesthetic judgment and attention to detail 
• A proactive mindset and a strong desire to achieve long-term success 

COMPENSATION

• $30 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• 1-Week Paid Vacation
• Annual Performance Review

WORK HOURS

• Monday through Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM
