Sales Coordinator

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Assist storefront customers and finalize transactions with Shopify POS devices.
    • Must be willing to familiarize themselves with all of our product types, including fabrics, colors, items, sizes, etc.
    • Communicate and follow up with customers via our Customer Service platform, email, and phone.
    • Help clean and maintain store shelves in a neat and orderly fashion.
    • Should be actively involved and fully dedicated during our high-intensity sales periods, ensuring smooth execution and consistent support throughout the duration of the events.
    • Help coordinate fabric swatches program to provide customers with the appropriate fabric samples.
    • Eager to work on site and actively engage with customers and other team members.
    • Monitor and maintain store inventory counts and inform the appropriate team members when items are out-of-stock.
    • Conduct cycle counts and update store inventory on our inventory management platform as needed.
    • Provide support to additional departments as needed (e.g. assisting during our quarterly inventory counts or during heavy shipping periods).
    • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the store.
    • Devise new processes or refine existing ones to optimize our operations.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent Computer and IT skills 
  • Proper phone etiquette required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
  • Prior related-industry experience welcomed but not required 
  • Spanish proficiency a bonus
COMPENSATION
  • $25 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus

WORK HOURS
  • Tuesday through Saturday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
