Sales Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist storefront customers and finalize transactions with Shopify POS devices.
- Must be willing to familiarize themselves with all of our product types, including fabrics, colors, items, sizes, etc.
- Communicate and follow up with customers via our Customer Service platform, email, and phone.
- Help clean and maintain store shelves in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Should be actively involved and fully dedicated during our high-intensity sales periods, ensuring smooth execution and consistent support throughout the duration of the events.
- Help coordinate fabric swatches program to provide customers with the appropriate fabric samples.
- Eager to work on site and actively engage with customers and other team members.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory counts and inform the appropriate team members when items are out-of-stock.
- Conduct cycle counts and update store inventory on our inventory management platform as needed.
- Provide support to additional departments as needed (e.g. assisting during our quarterly inventory counts or during heavy shipping periods).
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the store.
- Devise new processes or refine existing ones to optimize our operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent Computer and IT skills
- Proper phone etiquette required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Prior related-industry experience welcomed but not required
- Spanish proficiency a bonus
COMPENSATION
- $25 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
- Quarterly Performance Bonus

WORK HOURS
- Tuesday through Saturday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
