RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth across key wholesale markets
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners, including boutiques, department stores, and interior designers
- Set, monitor, and achieve wholesale sales targets aligned with company goals
- Provide regular reports, forecasts, and insights on sales performance and market trends to senior leadership
- Monitor the performance of wholesale accounts and take proactive steps to optimize results
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations departments to align product offerings with wholesale needs
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
- Create and present tailored marketing and sales materials for wholesale clients
Maintain effective pricing strategies to ensure healthy margins and competitive positioning - Analyze market data to identify trends, evaluate product performance, and uncover new business opportunities
- Stay informed on emerging markets, product innovations, and competitor activity to inform decision-making
- Lead the wholesale sales team, including recruitment, target goals, coaching, and performance evaluations
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to communicate effectively across diverse teams and client bases
- Proficient in general computer applications and IT systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Team player with strong collaboration skills, especially within bilingual and cross-functional environments
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated success in wholesale management, including sales growth, client relationship development, and account retention
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while taking initiative to improve workflows and processes
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on long-term success
- Solid understanding of wholesale industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving priorities
- Proficiency in Spanish a bonus
COMPENSATION
- $50 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
- Quarterly Performance Bonus
- Paid Vacation
- Annual Performance Review
WORK HOURS
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
