Graphic Designer


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including website assets, email campaigns, social media content, and print collateral 
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving MATTEO’s brand identity across all platforms 
  • Report directly to the Director of Marketing; collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions 
  • Retouch and edit product photography to ensure high-quality visual representation 
  • Design packaging, labels, and other print materials that align with our brand aesthetics 
  • Create and update layouts for catalogs, lookbooks, and brand presentations 
  • Support website updates by designing banners, product imagery, and landing pages 
  • Stay informed about design trends, textiles, and home decor aesthetics to keep our branding fresh and innovative 
REQUIREMENTS

Applicant should submit their portfolio for consideration.

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory 
  • Experience with product and lifestyle photography editing 
  • Knowledge of print production and digital design best practices 
  • Knowledge of Shopify Is a plus 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines 
  • Superb time management skills; efficiently meet deadlines  
  • Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively 
  • Interest in textiles, home decor, and luxury branding is a plus 
COMPENSATION
  • $30-35 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus

WORK HOURS
  • Monday through Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM
