Graphic Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce marketing materials, including website assets, email campaigns, social media content, and print collateral
- Assist in maintaining and evolving MATTEO’s brand identity across all platforms
- Report directly to the Director of Marketing; collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Retouch and edit product photography to ensure high-quality visual representation
- Design packaging, labels, and other print materials that align with our brand aesthetics
- Create and update layouts for catalogs, lookbooks, and brand presentations
- Support website updates by designing banners, product imagery, and landing pages

Stay informed about design trends, textiles, and home decor aesthetics to keep our branding fresh and innovative
REQUIREMENTS
Applicant should submit their portfolio for consideration.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory
- Experience with product and lifestyle photography editing
- Knowledge of print production and digital design best practices
- Knowledge of Shopify Is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
- Superb time management skills; efficiently meet deadlines
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively

COMPENSATION
- $30-35 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
