RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final product delivery.
• Manage sourcing, purchasing, and approval processes for fabrics, trims, and raw materials.
• Coordinate with factories, cutting services, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient production and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including design, sales, logistics, and accounting—to align production objectives with business goals.
• Negotiate costs and manage budgets to meet target margins and optimize cost efficiency.
• Implement and maintain robust systems for tracking shipments, inventory, purchase orders, and production schedules.
• Drive continuous process improvements, operational strategies, and efficiency enhancements across departments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure consistent quality, service excellence, and on-time delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain regular communication with factories and cutting services to guarantee on-time delivery of goods.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the apparel manufacturing process to manage planning, costing, product development, quality control, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate shipment tracking with factories and brokers to ensure smooth logistics.
• Monitor overseas shipments and provide daily updates on warehouse stock, shipment quality, and delivery status.
• Communicate effectively with design, sales, accounting, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Oversee all trim and fabric operations from design inception through production, including urgent requests.
• Strategically assign style programs to vendors to optimize cost efficiency and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop detailed time and action calendars that accelerate time-to-market and ensure adherence to production deadlines.
• Apply effective costing strategies to negotiate vendor pricing and achieve the required profit margins.

COMPENSATION

• $40 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience 
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• Paid Vacation
• Annual Performance Review

WORK HOURS

• Ideally, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
