MATTEO uses a 28 single-metric yarn in both the warp and the weft, producing a balanced weave that is soft and sturdy. A proprietary washing process at the dyehouse opens and penetrates the linen fibers, softening each one while creating the dimensional texture the Vintage Linen collection is known for.

Each set includes one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, and one or two pillowcases depending on bed size. King and Cal King sets include two King pillowcases; Queen sets include two Queen pillowcases; Full sets include two Queen pillowcases with a Full fitted sheet; Twin and Twin XL sets each include one Queen pillowcase. All pieces in a set are garment-dyed together, so every item matches exactly. To mix colors, order individual pieces separately.

Machine wash in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent and a cool rinse, keeping light and dark colors separated. Tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly to reduce wrinkling; line drying gives the best result. Do not use bleach or products containing whitening agents such as chlorine bleach, alpha hydroxy acids, or benzoyl peroxide, as these degrade the reactive garment dyes. If you prefer a crisper look, press the linen while slightly damp on the linen or high iron setting.
