The cotton itself is woven from the finest 40's single-strand Extra-Long Staple Cotton yarn available, sourced from leading mills, then processed entirely in Los Angeles before shipping.

The Nap Sheet Set is woven from 100% Extra-Long Staple Cotton with no synthetic fiber blended in, and it is garment-washed and dyed using non-toxic dyes with no harsh chemical finishes. Extra-Long Staple Cotton has a longer, finer fiber than standard cotton, which produces a smoother surface with less friction against skin. Twin and Twin XL sets each include 1 Queen pillowcase, 1 fitted sheet in the correct size, and 1 Twin flat sheet. All pieces in a set are garment-dyed together in the same dye lot so the colors match; to combine colors, order the Nap Fitted Sheet, Nap Flat Sheet, and Nap Pillowcase Singles separately.

Separate light and dark colors before washing, then use a lukewarm cycle with a gentle detergent and a cool rinse. Avoid chlorine bleach, alpha hydroxy acids, and benzoyl peroxide entirely; the reactive dyes used in garment-dyeing are not resistant to whitening agents, and exposure will strip the color. Tumble dry on low heat and remove the sheets promptly to reduce wrinkling, or line dry for the best result. Garment-dyeing is an art, so a natural shade variation of plus or minus 10% between dye lots is expected and characteristic of the process.
